Auburn put together an absurd rushing performance last week in a win over Arkansas, and history says this week could be more of the same.
The Tigers took advantage of the Razorbacks’ poor rushing defense to run for 543 yards in a 56-3 win. Ole Miss hosts the Tigers on Saturday with a porous rush defense of its own, and the Rebels have reason to be scared other than just what Auburn did last week.
According to @StatTiger on Twitter, the Tigers’ record against poor rush defenses since 1990 is absurd.
Since 1990, AU is 46-1-1 against teams that allow at least 190 rushing per game during a season. Ole Miss is allowing 226 per game.
