Auburn basketball player TJ Lang is transferring from the program.
The junior guard announced his decision on Twitter on Wednesday. He thanked the Tigers for the opportunity to play, but said he has decided to finish his college basketball career with a different team.

Lang averaged 4.3 points and 1.8 rebounds this season while playing 16.4 minutes per game. All of those numbers were lower than his totals from the previous season as highly rated freshmen Mustapha Heron and Danjel Purifoy took minutes in the rotation.
A former 3-star recruit from Mobile, Ala., Lang chose the Tigers over offers from Virginia Tech, Oregon State, Appalachian State, Georgia Southern, Louisiana-Lafayette and Samford.
