After signing just one linebacker in 2016, Auburn extended an offer to the No. 2 inside linebacker in the country on Tuesday.
Anthony Hines, a four-star prospect from Plano, Texas, picked up his 77th offer from the Tigers, he announced through Twitter. The 6-foot-3, 230-pound rising senior is rated as the No. 10 prospect in the state of Texas.
Earlier in the day, Auburn landed a commitment from former Illinois linebacker T.J. Neal as part of an ongoing effort to add depth at the position.
