AUBURN, Ala. — Auburn is going all in with its pursuit of dual-threat quarterbacks on the recruiting trail.
The latest offer is to Notre Dame commitment Avery Davis, who received a scholarship offer from Auburn on Tuesday.

Davis threw for 2,148 yards and 25 touchdowns with four interceptions, and added 873 yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground in 2015 at Cedar Hill (Texas) High. He averaged nearly 8 yards per carry.
The 5-foot-11, 192-pound prospect committed March 18 to Notre Dame, and plans to visit the Irish on campus June 18.
Auburn has offered five dual-threat quarterbacks and one pro-style quarterback in the Class of 2017, according to 247Sports.
