AUBURN, Ala. — The first January official visit weekend is in the books.
Auburn hosted a quartet of recruits — commit Alec Jackson, Michigan commit Kai-Leon Herbert, Poutasi Poutasi and Thomas Johnston. All four are high on the Tigers’ board at their respective positions.
This official visit weekend, tame compared to next weekend’s lineup, will be critical for getting a feel and setting a foundation for the 5 to 6 spots left to fill in the 2017 class.
Jackson, Herbert, Poutasi and Johnston will begin to file out throughout the day. We will keep readers updated below with a live blog that will include interview updates, information about the official visits or any other murmurs surrounding the four trips to the Plains.
