AUBURN, Ala. — When Auburn takes the field against No. 2 Clemson on Saturday, it will be in front of a sold-out crowd of 87,451 in Jordan-Hare Stadium, according to the Auburn Athletics ticket office.
The game can be seen on ESPN, and it’s scheduled for 8:00 p.m. CT. Saturday’s game will mark the seventeenth consecutive sellout in Auburn, Alabama.
Auburn faced off against Clemson in the 2012 season opener at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Clemson won 26-19.
The Auburn-Clemson series was first played in 1899. Auburn leads the series all-time, 34-13-2.
