In the eyes of ESPN analyst Booger McFarland, the comments Central Florida running back Adrian Killins made could come back to bite them.
Killins, UCF’s leading rusher, made headlines when he said, “SEC football, they don’t have a lot of speed, honestly. So, Auburn hasn’t seen any speed like we have here.”
McFarland weighed in on Killins’ statement on Sunday morning, and added that he thinks Alabama, LSU and Texas A&M are all fast football teams.
“Better be careful poking the bear,” McFarland added.
UCF says Auburn hasn’t seen speed like they have 😏😏 That may Be the case but I doubt it Bama LSU AM all are fast football teams Better be careful poking the bear 🐻

UCF has had a great season, going 12-0 and winning the American Athletic Conference title despite dealing with the distractions that came with coach Scott Frost fielding multiple job offers before taking the Nebraska job.
Auburn undoubtedly will be the best team the Knights have seen all season. Auburn was a win away from going to the College Football Playoff, and had running back Kerryon Johnson been healthy for that SEC title game against Georgia, the Tigers might have beaten the Bulldogs for the second time this season.
If Auburn is motivated for the Peach Bowl, UCF likely will have a tough time beating the Tigers.
Johnson indicated on Saturday that he intends to play in the Peach Bowl, which is set for Jan. 1 in Atlanta. The game kicks off at 12:30 p.m. ET.
