AUBURN, Ala. — Nick Brahms, one of the nation’s top offensive linemen, committed to Auburn on Saturday at The Opening, he announced on the telecast on ESPNU. Brahms, who is listed at 6-foot-4 and 285 pounds, just received an official offer from the Tigers in May.

The Opening is Nike’s premier summer camp that features more than 160 of the top football prospects in the nation. Brahms also had Tennessee, North Carolina and Miami in his final four.
Brahms, from Navarre (Fla.) High School, is one of several players in the Class of 2017 in the Sunshine State who are key targets for the Tigers. He is the No. 9 offensive guard and one of the top 200 players overall in the country.
He reportedly held offers from more than 30 schools, including SEC rivals Tennessee, Mississippi State and Vanderbilt.
