Tim Irvin has a new home.
On Monday night, the former Auburn defensive back tweeted that he will be joining East Carolina to finish out his remaining three years of eligibility.

Irvin announced his intentions to transfer from Auburn in May after playing in 10 games last season. The former 4-star recruit out of Miami collected 18 tackles from the Tigers’ nickel package, but will need to sit out a season because of NCAA transfer rules before resuming game action.
Irvin’s high school coach and uncle, Sedrick Irvin, is an offensive analyst at East Carolina. The former Auburn Tiger is the nephew of NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin.
