AUBURN, Ala. — Marshall Taylor, a graduate transfer from Miami (Ohio), has returned to the Auburn football team, according to a report from AL.com.
Taylor missed all 19 of the Tiger’s practices this month due to injuries he reportedly suffered while attending a party with then-teammate Jovon Robinson. Gus Malzahn dismissed Robinson from the team Aug. 3.
Taylor is expected to start practicing Tuesday, according to AL.com, which cited anonymous sources.
During preseason camp Malzahn said Taylor was absent due to “personal matters.” The 6-foot-3 defensive back played in 11 games and had 39 tackles with Miami last season.
