OXFORD, Miss. — Auburn needed a defensive stop against the Rebels and Joshua Holsey was happy to oblige.
As Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly was closing in on the end zone — and Archie Manning’s all-time single game passing record — the Auburn senior defensive back stepped in front of a Rebel, intercepting a pass that would set up an Auburn score a few plays later.

With just under five minutes to go in Saturday night’s game, Holsey had recorded a solo tackle, an interception and five pass breakups.
Holsey also picked off a pass from Clemson’s Deshaun Watson in Auburn’s home opener in September.
