Malik Cunningham, a three-star athlete/dual-threat quarterback out of Park Crossing (Montgomery, Ala.) High School, released his top eight on Thursday. Four SEC schools made the cut.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pounder is Alabama’s No. 26 prospect and the No. 55 athlete in the Class of 2017, according to the 247Sports composite.
In February, Cunningham said LSU is his “top school right now” and “I fit right in” with the Tigers.
“They want dual-threats because that fits perfectly, and that’s what I am,” he said, adding that he plans to commit sometime this summer.
