GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Dan Mullen gave fans an inside look at how he runs practices by opening Florida’s first two spring sessions to the public on Friday and Saturday.
Impressed by the turnout, which reportedly included more than 1,000 fans for the second session, Mullen has announced another open practice to the public this Saturday from 11:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
Thanks to all the Gator fans that came out to watch practice this weekend. I loved the energy you brought. We are going to open practice to fans again this Saturday from 1145-215. #GoGators 🐊🐊🐊

SEC Country’s Zach Abolverdi covered the first two practices and provided detailed observations from both the Friday session and Saturday session, including notes on the quarterbacks, who lined up with the first team and other standouts on both sides of the ball.
Like everything else he does, Mullen runs a high-energy practice that impressed both fans and visiting recruits alike.
Between the open practices and his pre-spring speaking tour, Mullen has made every effort to fire up a fan base downtrodden after a 4-7 season last year and an unceremonious end for the previous coaching staff.
So far, so good.
Mullen is also scheduled to speak at the University Auditorium on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. If any tickets remain after the window for students to claim theirs Monday, they will be made available to general public at noon Tuesday.
