After a woman visited his apartment “for legitimate professional reasons,” McMillian allegedly locked the door and prevented her from leaving. He then lowered his shorts and “exposed his genitals to her,” according to the police report.
McMillian also allegedly “grabbed her buttocks with his hand” and also grabbed her skirt, at which point the woman kicked him in the genitals and ran out of the apartment.
McMillian played in seven games as a senior for the Gators last season.
