Florida lands commitment from 4-star DE Antonneous Clayton
Less than a month after announcing Florida as his leader, Antonneous Clayton ended his recruitment on Wednesday and committed to the Gators.
The news came in the early morning on Wednesday, as the 4-star defensive end from Vienna, Ga., made the announcement through Twitter.
Clayton chose Florida over Auburn, Oregon, Clemson and FSU. In total, the 6-foot-3, 218-pound senior from Dooly County High School reported 39 offers. He is rated as the No. 12 player in Georgia.
Clayton gives Florida its 21st commitment in next year’s class, one that ranks 12th nationally, per 247Sports.com.
