GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Florida stayed hot on the recruiting trail Saturday, landing a pair of commitments for the Class of 2019.
Wide receiver John Dunmore (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) and athlete Jashon Watkins (Nashville, Tenn.) both pledged to the Gators after attending the spring game Friday.
247Sports rates Dunmore (6-foot-3, 170 pounds) as a top-200 overall recruit with a 4-star rating. Watkins (6-foot-4, 185) is unrated at this time, but holds offers from Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Tennessee and others.
The Gators have landed four commitments in two days and now have six members in their 2019 class, which ranks No. 1 nationally.
