Welcome to the latest installment of our “Future Gators” series, which looks at the top performers each week from Florida’s commitment list.
Here are the standouts from Week 13:
Iverson Clement, 4-star RB, Rancocas Valley (Mt. Holly, N.J.)
Stat line: Clement had a 62-yard punt return TD in Rancocas Valley’s 15-14 win over Millville (Millville, N.J.)
Next game: Friday at Burlington Township (Burlington, NJ)
Quotable: “Clement sparked the Rancocas Valley Regional football team to a 15-14 come-from-behind win over Millville in a South Jersey Group V semifinal. … Clement fielded the punt at his own 38-yard line and broke several tackles at midfield, sprinted to the outside, ran down the sidelines and dove across the goal line as the Rancocas fans roared and the Millville fans watched in stunned silence.” — Michael McGarry of Shore News Today

Randy Russell, 4-star DB, Carol City (Miami)
Stat line: Russell had 8 tackles and a pass breakup in Carol City’s 17-10 win over Daytona Beach Mainland.
Next game: Friday vs. Miami Northwestern.
Quotable: “It feels good [to advance]. One game at a time,” Russell told SEC Country. “We want our rematch. We lost early in the season to Northwestern and now we’re playing them next week. I feel like each game I’m getting better. I’ve been in film study working on all my mistakes. Just the simple stuff like the angles, staying low, just looking out for tendencies.”

Richard Gouraige, 4-star OT, Cambridge Christian (Tampa, Fla.)
Stat line: Gouragie had a 45-yard scoop-and-score in his team’s 50-14 win over Indian Rocks Christian (Largo, Fla.).
Next game: Friday vs. Champagnat Catholic (Hialeah, Fla.)
Quotable: “With just more than a minute left in the half, Richard Gouraige took a break from blocking for touchdowns to score one himself. … On a fourth down for the Golden Eagles, Trevor Strawser forced a fumble, and Gouraige, a four-star Florida commit, ran it back 45 yards for a momentum-grabbing score. After that, the Lancers never looked back, cruising to a 50-14 victory against IRC to seal a 2A state semifinal berth.” — Kelly Parsons of the Tampa Bay Times
