50 percent is the chance a coin lands on heads or tails.
It’s also the same odds Florida head coach Jim McElwain has of returning next season according to Gainesville Sun reporter Pat Dooley. He appeared on the Paul Finebaum show Thursday.

The Gators are 3-3 (3-2) in the SEC this season and a win over top-5 Georgia would go a long way toward turning those odds toward McElwain staying in Gainesville.
Though he also hasn’t helped his own chances off the field recently. McElwain’s comments over death threats were brought into question. The positive side is after Georgia, he has some winnable games ahead against UAB, South Carolina and Mizzou. The question remains whether it will be enough to recover the support he has lost in the last two weeks.
