GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Florida will have a trio of top recruits on campus Wednesday to watch spring practice.
Gators quarterback commit and St. Thomas Aquinas standout Jake Allen, who earned an invite to the Elite 11 camp earlier this month, is making a two-day trip from Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) with his father.
UF will host four-star prospect Henry Ruggs III — the No. 2 wide receiver in the state of Alabama — from Robert E. Lee High School in Montgomery. Ruggs holds offers from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Miami and Michigan, among others.
The Gators will also host coveted four-star athlete Justin Watkins, an elite 2018 recruit from Citra (Fla.) North Marion who wants to play cornerback in college. This is the second trip to Florida this month for the former LSU commit.
