Unless you’ve been living off the grid for the past 24 hours, you now know former University of Florida Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow is interested in pursuing a career in professional baseball.
Yes, and in that short time, because it’s a short-attention-span, hyper-speed-media world, we have already heard from pro scouts and his former high school coaches on what they think of his chances. Numerous baseball players and analysts have weighed in on Twitter and Tebow has already received his first contract offer.
And now we’re getting a look at Tebow hitting in a batting cage thanks to Cleveland radio host Beau Bishop.
Tebow in the cage. Judge for yourself. You tell me if that swing gets past AA. pic.twitter.com/7Ij0pfK5cv

Tebow has what a baseball player or coach would call a long swing. He’s likely to have a hard time catching up to major league pitching without shortening it up considerably.
However, this is a man with incredible physical talent and plenty of people in baseball would jump at the chance to work with him. So, wise decision here is to never say never when it comes to this experiment.
