It’s been 10 years since the Florida Gators won the 2006 national championship. So Florida took the time to honor the squad at halftime of Saturday’s game against Missouri.
Several members of the team, which was led by stars such as receiver Percy Harvin, safety Reggie Nelson and freshman quarterback Tim Tebow, gathered on the field.

But there was a notable absence from the highlight video that was shown. Chris Leak, who was the starting quarterback, was not featured. Leak was recently accused of sexual assault and resigned from his head coaching position at Edgewater High School in Orlando, Fla.
Interesting that Gators didn't show a single Chris Leak highlight during video tribute for 2006 national title team

The 2006 team was the first coached by Urban Meyer to win a national title. Meyer and the Gators did it again in 2008. The 2006 Gators went 13-1, with the lone loss coming on the road against Auburn.
The present-day Gators had a 20-0 halftime lead over Missouri.
