One of the many great Florida basketball players in the NBA is calling it a career.
San Antonio Spurs forward Matt Bonner, who played 12 years in the NBA, including nine with the Spurs, announced his retirement on Friday.
And the video he used to announce it was pretty great. Check it out below and try not to laugh.
Bonner attended Florida form 1999-2003. He made First Team All-SEC in his senior season and was a two-time Academic All-American. Bonner began his career in Italy before playing for the Toronto Raptors for two years.
He spent his final nine years in the NBA with the Spurs and won two titles with the team. For his career Bonner averaged 5.8 points per game but was a 41 percent 3-point shooter.
