At this time last year, Michigan was preparing to play Florida in the Citrus Bowl — a game the Wolverines dominated in a 41-7 victory over the Gators.
Nearly one year later, a Florida player recalled the game on Friday.
Speaking with reporters Friday, Gators junior defensive back Teez Tabor said that he didn’t think the Wolverines were “that good” last season, rather they were just well-coached.

This caused Michigan senior defensive end Chris Wormley to respond Saturday morning and remind Tabor of the score.
Come on now big fella! 41-7 ?? https://t.co/HqUtLYRJmA

The well-coached Wolverines went 10-2 this season, barely missing the College Football Playoff. Michigan will face Florida State in the Orange Bowl on Dec. 30.
Meanwhile, Florida went 8-4 this season and will face Iowa in the Outback Bowl.
