GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Some of the top prospects in the state of Florida as well as some out-of-state recruits will be at UF this weekend.
Four-star cornerback A.J. Terrell of Atlanta Westlake is visiting, along with four-star defensive end Joshua Paschal and three-star linebacker Ayinde Eley, teammates from Good Counsel High School in Olney, Md.
The Gators are also hosting a pair of Tampa (Fla.) Jefferson teammates in offensive lineman Jean Marcellus and defensive end Jabreel Stephens.
As for elite defensive backs, Terrell isn’t the only one in town.
Fort Lauderdale’s Marco Wilson, Daniel Wright and Patrick Surtain Jr. (2018) are all in Gainesville for the Florida Relays and will presumably visit UF after they’re done competing in the event.
In addition to 2016 signees Brett Heggie and Lamical Perine, the Gators will have a handful of 2018 recruits on campus.
