Before arguably the biggest game of the season, Florida junior wide receiver Demarcus Robinson has been suspended, according to the Gainesville Sun’s Zach Abolverdi.
This is at least the fourth time Robinson has been suspended since he has been a Gator. In 2013, he was suspended for a violation of team rules and missed the Tennessee game. He then missed the final two games in the same season for another violation of team rules. Although the game was rained out, he was suspended for the 2014 season opener against Idaho for a university sanction.
Robinson has 47 receptions, 505 yards and two touchdowns this season.
Demarcus Robinson made a choice and will not play in tonight's game.
