GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Some fans started lining up several hours before the start of Florida’s fan day Saturday. By the afternoon, the line stretched from one side of the parking garage up to the stadium and back down the other side to the Gators’ indoor practice facility.
Inside, coach Jim McElwain and his players signed autographs, posed for pictures and interacted with the horde of fans for 2 hours. It was an impressive turnout.
