KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Junior cornerback Jalen Tabor, who snagged his second interception of the season today against Tennessee, left the field and headed to the locker room midway through the third quarter after what looked to be a case of cramping in his leg.
Tabor was tended to by trainers on the field and exited through the tunnel before returning late in the quarter.
Tennessee scored its first touchdown on the same drive in which Tabor departed, finding the end zone on a 23-yard touchdown pass from Josh Dobbs to a wide-open Jalen Hurd.
Tabor has three tackles and grabbed his interception early in the third quarter, picking off Dobbs at the Florida 8.
The star cornerback was also seen favoring his hand after making a tackle in the third quarter.
