Tim Tebow has an idea of who he’s picking in the Super Bowl, but he doesn’t seem completely sure of his prediction just yet.
Tebow was asked by a TMZ reporter who he liked in the matchup between the New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons while leaving an ESPN party in Houston on Friday night. Tebow gave sort of a half-hearted prediction.
“Probably leaning towards Patriots. Maybe,” Tebow said.
That doesn’t sound like an overly confident prediction. Perhaps the former Broncos and Jets quarterback who had a brief stint with New England in 2013 — he was released during training camp — has to do some more research before giving a definitive prediction.
The Patriots are currently listed as 3-point favorites to take home the Lombardi Trophy in Sunday’s game.
