It would be tough to find a better finish to a baseball game than the one Florida had against Auburn on Monday night.
With a trip to Omaha on the line, the Tigers took the defending national champs to the brink — all the way to extra innings with a deadlocked 2-2 score.
Then, in the bottom of the 11th, UF’s Austin Langworthy stepped up the plate.

That crazy walk-off home run was an incredible way for Florida to win 3-2 and advance to the College World Series. And it’s a remarkably tough break for Auburn and right fielder Steven Williams.
The 2018 College World Series is slated to begin on Saturday.
