College GameDay Crew Predicts Winner of Georgia vs. Mississippi State

The ESPN College GameDay crew had no problem predicting the winner of the Georgia Bulldogs’ road game vs. the Mississippi State Bulldogs on Saturday.

The game, which will be played from Starkville at noon ET, is considered by many to be a trap game for the Dawgs, ranked No. 5 in the College Football Playoff ranking. UGA enters as a big 9.5-point favorite over the 5-4 Mississippi State Bulldogs.

ESPN’s College GameDay was in Lubbock on Saturday morning ahead of the top 10 game between Texas Tech and BYU. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and Texas Tech Red Raiders legend Patrick Mahomes joined the show as the celebrity guest picker on Saturday, as Kansas City had the week off in the NFL.

He joined Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Nick Saban, and Pat McAfee as the crew made their picks for the game.

To little surprise, the whole crew picked Georgia to beat Mississippi State.
