Elementary school shows support for injured UGA RB Nick Chubb
UGA running back Nick Chubb, who will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury, has a new group of supporters.
David C. Barrow Elementary School, which is located directly across the street from UGA’s football facilities, produced a kind message for Chubb, according to a photo taken by Rivals.com’s Sarah K. Spencer.

UGA coach Mark Richt was asked about Chubb on Wednesday’s SEC teleconference and said he expected the running back to have surgery soon, adding that he is “optimistic” the running back could return next season.
This isn’t the first show of support for Chubb, however. In UGA’s win over Missouri last Saturday, several fans in the student section had a special message for the injured sophomore.
