Former UGA coach Mark Richt has put his house up for sale in the Athens, Ga., area.
Richt, who was fired as coach of the Bulldogs after 15 seasons, lived large in Watkinsville, Ga. He has a 5,779-square foot mansion, featuring five bedrooms on four acres of land. There’s also a game room.
How much? The new Miami coach has put a price tag of $799,900 on it.
Lots of UGA-related transactions in the real estate market these days. Last week, new Bulldogs coach Kirby Smart put his Tuscaloosa home on the market, and he’s still looking for new crib in Athens.
