Deejay Dallas is evidently a big fan of Mark Richt.
Dallas, who was once committed to UGA, is reuniting with the former Bulldogs coach and has committed to Miami, according to a report from Scout.com’s Chad Simmons.
The four-star athlete reopened his recruitment in December, a couple of weeks after Richt was fired by the Bulldogs. He has been one of the most highly sought after recruits in the country ever since, garnering a total of 32 reported scholarship offers, including ones from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Mississippi State, Missouri, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Tennessee.
The 5-foot-10, 191-pound prospect from Brunswick, Ga., is rated as the nation’s No. 12 athlete in the Class of 2017, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. He will now join Richt in the Sunshine State.
