Mark Richt wears UGA gear on his first day at Miami
You can take Mark Richt out of Georgia.
But you can never take the Georgia out of Richt.
The former UGA coach was named Miami’s new head man on Friday, less than a week after he was fired by the Bulldogs.
And it was kind of awkward seeing Richt doing the “The U” sign for Miami at his introductory press conference.
But here’s where the story took a funny twist. Apparently, later in the day, Richt met with Miami recruits. This time, he had his green sports coat off for your standard Facebook picture.
Props to the wardrobe detectives on Twitter for noticing: Lo and behold, Richt was wearing UGA belt.
For all the talk about Richt's new Miami tie, it turns out he also needed a new belt: (ht /u/335win) pic.twitter.com/pOsjXhJxiR
