Nick Chubb’s mother: UGA tailback has torn PCL, two other ligaments
For as bad as Nick Chubb’s injury looked during Saturday’s 38-31 loss to Tennessee, the prognosis for the star tailback may not be quite so grim as far as his long term health is concerned.
Chubb has a torn PCL and two “other ligaments,” according to his mother La’Velle Chubb, who posted the information on her Facebook page Sunday morning. She added the family is still uncertain whether Nick Chubb will require surgery.
Sports Illustrated’s Thayer Evans reports that the injury will end Chubb’s season.
