When a major program like UGA become the first to offer a player who just finished his freshman season in high school, it’s something to note.
Brieon Fuller, a 2019 wide receiver from Champagnat Catholic School (Hialeah, Fla.), announced on Twitter that he has received his first offer from the Bulldogs on Wednesday.
It appears Fuller was on UGA’s radar even before his freshman year. An Instagram post from his coach shows Fuller with former UGA coach Mark Richt over the summer.
There is still a long way to go in Fuller’s recruitment, but UGA is getting an early start.
