UGA picked up a big win on the recruiting trail Wednesday — literally.
Matt Landers, a 6-foot-5, 182-pounder wide receiver from Admiral Farragut Academy (Saint Petersburg, Fla.) committed to the Bulldogs, DawgNation’s Jeff Sentell has confirmed.
The three-star prospect chose UGA over offers from Florida, Auburn, Florida State and Miami. He is rated as the nation’s No. 109 overall wide receiver prospect, according to 247Sports’ Composite rankings.
Landers becomes the 10th commitment in the Bulldogs’ 2017 class and the group’s third wide receiver prospect, joining four-star Trey Blount and three-star Xavier Jenkins.
