Georgia head coach Kirby Smart said earlier this week that Nick Chubb’s rehab from his torn PCL is progressing well, and on Thursday, a video surfaced on Twitter that appeared to show the star running back sprinting on a manual treadmill.

The video, while grainy, has been confirmed to UGAsports.com as authentic by the school’s sports information director, Claude Felton. Although his status for the 2016 season opener remains up in the air, it’s encouraging to see Chubbs moving so well at this stage of his recovery.
Chubb suffered the knee injury just last October, during the first quarter of Georgia’s 38-31 loss to Tennessee at Neyland Stadium.
