Former Kentucky star point guard and current Phoenix Suns rookie Tyler Ulis had the play of the day in the Summer League quarterfinals on Saturday in Las Vegas, launching a Stephen Curry-distance 3-pointer that lifted the Suns to an 82-81 buzzer-beating win over Jamal Murray and the Denver Nuggets.

Murray had a game-high 29 points, but it was Ulis who had the last laugh with his last-second heroics in the final seconds. He finished with 19 points and four assists.
The Suns now play the Minnesota Timberwolves in a semifinal matchup Sunday.
