A former Kentucky wide receiver has found a new home.
Badet had 31 catches for 670 yards receiving with 4 touchdowns last season. There’s a Stoops connection to Badet’s move. Bob Stoops, the brother of Wildcats coach Mark Stoops, coaches Oklahoma.
Badet is a graduate transfer, so he’ll be eligible to play right away. Kentucky went 7-6 last season, capped by a loss to Georgia Tech in the TaxSlayer Bowl. Oklahoma went 11-2 after a victory over Auburn in the Sugar Bowl.
