Two former Kentucky Wildcat teammates had some nice back-and-forth during the 2017 NBA Draft Thursday night.
It started with 2015’s No. 13 overall pick Devin Booker Tweeting out a good-luck message to the draftees, encouraging them to put the emphasis on their situation rather than their pick number.

But Booker’s old Kentucky teammate, Karl-Anthony Towns, couldn’t let the opportunity to roast Booker go to waste.

Both Booker and Towns are off to solid starts in their NBA careers. Towns averaged 25.1 points per game last season for the Minnesota Timberwolves while Booker averaged 22.1 ppg for the Phoenix Suns, including a 70-point outburst late in the season.
