Kentucky is showing an early interest, a very early interest, in a running back from Florida.
The Wildcats offered 8th grader KeyShawn Spencer, who’s played Pop Warner for the Palm Bay Rockets in Palm Bay, Fla. The 5-foot-10, 173-pound Spencer would be part of the Class of 2021.

According to Spencer’s account on Twitter, the other offer he’s gotten also came from a Power 5 school, and that was Purdue. He announced that on social media less than a week ago.
