Jamari Brown became the second South Florida cornerback prospect to commit to Kentucky in the last two days. He announced his commitment to the Wildcats Thursday afternoon on Twitter.
The 3-star cornerback from Pompano Beach, Fla., picked Kentucky over Auburn and Temple. He’s ranked the 112th-cornerback prospect in the nation and the No. 211 prospect in Florida, according to the 247Sports composite rankings.

Kentucky landed a commitment from Stanley Garner, a fellow 3-star cornerback from South Florida, on Wednesday night.
Brown, from Blanche Ely High School, gives Mark Stoops and company three cornerback commitments and 18 overall in the 2018 class. Offensive coordinator Eddie Gran was the lead recruiter for Brown.
Kentucky’s 2018 class jumps to 16th nationally and fifth in the SEC with Brown’s commitment.
