“First off I want to thank God for giving me this talent to play the game I love so much,” Dailey wrote on Twitter. “I want to thank all my family and friends, and I especially want to thank my coaches and teammates for giving a chance to play college football.
“I want to thank all the coaches that recruited me at this point but I want to thank Coach Mark Stoops and Coach Eddie Gran for giving me a chance to pursue my dream of playing in the SEC and the next level. I will be furthering my education and football career at the University of Kentucky.”
Dailey is a 6-foot-3 and 196-pound receiver from Pinson, Ala. He’s the 178th-ranked wide receiver in the country and the 36th-ranked prospect from Alabama, according to the 247Sports composite.
Dailey held offers from Kentucky, Louisville, Toledo, Arkansas State and UAB.
Dailey is the fourth wide receiver in Kentucky’s class, joining 3-star Florida natives Marvin Alexander, Bryce Oliver and Akeem Hayes.
