Nick Lewis, a 3-star tackle prospect in the 2018 class, flipped his commitment from Washington State to Kentucky on Jan. 22, and he officially joined the Wildcats on Wednesday’s National Signing Day.
He’s quite literally a massive signee for Kentucky. The Jacksonville, Fla., native is 6-foot-9 and 348 pounds.

Lewis had been committed to Washington State since Oct. 1 prior to flipping to Kentucky. He holds 22 scholarship offers.
Lewis is the 53rd-ranked tackle in the 2018 class, according to the 247Sports composite. He’s the 111th-ranked Florida prospect.
“I want to thank the Washington State University coaching staff for recruiting me and giving me an opportunity to play Division-I football at an amazing Pac-12 organization,” Lewis wrote on Twitter when he committed. “While committed to Washington State, I still continued to pursue and research my other options, as stated in my previous commitment letter.
“During this recruiting process, I have matured and learned the type of player I want to become and what I need to reach this goal. After conversation with my parents and a lot more prayer, I have decided to decommit from Washington State University and continue my education and football career at the University of Kentucky with a 100 percent commitment.”
