Kentucky football’s annual spring game will take place under the lights at Commonwealth Stadium in 2017.
The Wildcats announced on Twitter that they’ll be playing their spring game at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 14. SEC Network will broadcast the game live.

The football team is playing on the strategy by Kentucky basketball, which holds an open practice at midnight for Big Blue Madness before the season. Playing the game at night creates a more exciting environment for the fans.
Broadcasting the scrimmage on SEC Network will give fans across the nation a chance to watch the game as well.
Of course, Kentucky has another football game to play long before that. The Wildcats play Georgia Tech in the TaxSlayer Bowl in Jacksonville, Fla., at 11 a.m. on Dec. 31 on ESPN
