Kentucky fans will notice two significant changes to the gameday experience in 2016 — a new Cat Walk route, thanks to the addition of the team’s new training facility, and improved concessions.
As in prior years, the Cat Walk will begin at Gate 1 two hours and 15 minutes prior to kickoff. The procession will go between Commonwealth Stadium and Nutter Field House and end at the training facility. Fans also will have the chance to see the players once more when the exit the training facility approximately 75 minutes prior to kickoff, when they head for the stadium.
Fans attending games also will notice season-ticket holder taste-tested items that include bourbon ice cream, hot brown nachos, pork chop sandwich, pulled pork nachos, chicken & waffle cone, twisted tator, beef and cheddar croissant, cat tail (sausage/donut) and hot chicken sandwich.
