LEXINGTON, Ky. — Kentucky hosts Georgia at 7:30 p.m. ET Saturday.
The Wildcats (5-3, 4-2 SEC) are the surprise of the SEC East this season, and their run to second-place in the division is even more shocking considering the 0-2 start. Since then, they’re 5-1 and have established themselves as a fearsome rushing offense with Boom Williams and Benny Snell. In order to win the division, Kentucky will have to win out and hope that Florida loses two more conference games.
But Georgia, though it’s struggled, still provides a stout test. Kentucky has not beaten the Bulldogs since 2009.
Beat writer Joe Mussatto will be providing expert analysis from inside Commonwealth Stadium during the game. Follow along on our live blog right here at game time.
