There are many ways one can handle a loss on Rivalry Week, and then there’s this.
Conner Karem, 21, allegedly punched his grandparents after Kentucky lost to Louisville over the weekend, according to Wave3.com. He is facing multiple charges.
Louisville police reportedly said they were called to the residence after Karem “became violent after a brief discussion regarding salad.”
Kentucky’s 38-24 loss and the ensuing discussion apparently pushed Karem over the edge.
According to the police report, Karem punched his grandfather in the face, then “proceeded to repeatedly punch his grandmother, even after she fell to the floor.”
As police investigated, Karem spit on an officer and told him, “You’re lucky it wasn’t a gun,” according to the police report.
