There turnover continues for Kentucky’s offense this offseason.
Kentucky wide receivers coach and co-offensive coordinator Chad Scott will head to North Carolina’s staff to coach tight ends for the Tar Heels, sources told Football Scoop.
This is the second time Scott has left Kentucky for North Carolina. He began his playing career with the Wildcats and earned All-SEC Freshman team honors as a running back in 2000. He transferred after his sophomore season to North Carolina.
Scott has spent the past four seasons with the Wildcats, serving as the running backs coach from 2012-13. He was promoted to assistant coach and running game coordinator in 2014, and was set to take over as the receivers coach next season.
Seth Littrell, who left North Carolina to accept the head coaching position at North Texas, coached the tights ends as part of his duties for the Tar Heels in 2015
